Tape 9889FR is designed to provide a preferential heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks, heat spreaders or other cooling devices (e.g., fans, heat pipes). Tape 9889FR has a Flame Retardant Rating of UL-94V2.

The 9889FR tape is a pressure sensitive adhesive loaded with thermally conductive filler. Pressure is needed to form a bond. Tape 9889FR is a very soft and conformable thermally conductive tape.
