Tough Bonds in High Temps We constructed 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 966 with 3M™ High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive 100 and a 62# densified kraft Paper liner. This adhesive is designed for industrial applications subjected to high Temperature environments for short periods of time. Adhesive Transfer Tape meets NASA low outgassing specifications (ASTM E 595) including low leachable chloride which can be important considerations for the electronic and aerospace industries. Historically, a TML of 1.00% and CVCM of 0.10% have been used as screening levels for rejection of spacecraft materials (NASA). Recommended Applications 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 966 is ideal for high Temperature attachment (short term up to 450ºF) and can be used for many kinds of applications, including:
