This Scotch® Rubber Mastic Tape 2228 consists of Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) backing coated with a strong, temperature-stable mastic adhesive. Use this tape to insulate, pad, and seal bus bar and splice connections. Its temperature-rated at 194°F (90°C), and rated for emergency overload of 266°F (130°C).
