3M™ Hook and Loop Fastener SJ3000 is a thin back-to-back fastener that provides design flexibility and fast product assembly. The non-adhesive hook and loop fastener wraps around and attaches to itself for easy bundling.
Nylon hooks mesh with pliable loops while adhesive backing adheres instantly to many surfaces.
General purpose PSA rubber adhesive backed with nylon hook and loop fastener and white polypropylene film liner. Medium temperature resistance, medium shear and peel strength. High HSE and LSE. 100 mil to 160 mil engaged thickness, 3 mil printed liner.
The hook and loop are preshrunk to insure maximum dimensional stability and flatness. These hook and loop fasteners are coated on the backside with an aggressive and tacky rubber based pressure sensitive adhesive designed to function over a range of temperatures and humidity.
The woven hook is covered with tiny, stiff hooks, about 300 hooks per square inch (46/sq. cm.). The woven loop is covered with thousands of soft, pliable napped loops, providing for thousands of openings and closings (cycles).
